Download instruction on Litter and Individual Application from Internet

1.  Click on Litter and Individual Application on the webpage

2.  Click save and save on your desktop

3.  To register litters open Microsoft word and open the Litter and Individual Application located on desktop

4.  After filling out application save as a document you can remember.

5. To send to the Association, Open your email account addressed to cpspeoria@mindspring.com  Put in the subject line litter registration and in the note section put in how you want to pay - credit card, send check, ect

6.  Then on your email application click on attachments and find the Application you have saved, make sure the application is attached to email.  Send one application at a time due to size at this time.
